Second-Opinion Onco-Imaging Review
In simple words
Bring the scan files on a CD or a link and we will re-read them from scratch, side by side with your earlier studies, and issue a structured report using standardised response criteria. It is often the fastest way to settle a disagreement about whether treatment is working.
Questions this scan answers
- Was my scan from another centre reported correctly?
- Has the disease genuinely progressed, or does it only look that way?
The Prismaa difference
Fellowship-trained onco-radiology reporting with routine use of RECIST 1.1, PERCIST, mRECIST, Choi and RANO criteria — the same language your oncologist's protocols are written in.
Usually recommended for
- Patients carrying scans from other cities or centres
- Referring oncologists wanting a subspecialty onco-radiology opinion
- Response assessment where prior and current scans were done at different places
How to prepare
- Carry the raw DICOM files (CD, DVD or download link) — not just printed films.
- Bring every previous report, however old.
